Elise Eichman
Co- President
Elise is a rising senior studying Business Administration at Ross with concentrations in marketing and strategy. She is enrolled in the CAPPO Sales Track Program and has enjoyed working as a Teacher Assistant for courses such as Fundamentals of Sales Management and Consumer Behavior. This will be Elise’s fourth year apart of MIM, and she has previously held roles as a Project Team Member, Project Team Lead, and VP of Project Development. Elise has work experience interning for Uber Corporation in B2B Sales and Kellanova in CPG Marketing. She looks forward to welcoming new members, connecting with returners, and collaborating with all who share her passion for marketing.
Alexandra Kim
Co- President
Alex is a senior who is majoring in Economics and minoring in French. Over the years, she started in MIM as a Project Team member for Namix (a Michigan alumni and recording artist), then was VP Marketing for 2 years, and is now Co-President! She has interned at Factory PR, Sony Music Publishing and William Morris Endeavor. Now, she looks forward to growing the MIM community and can’t wait to continue fostering a creative environment for students passionate about marketing to connect.
Colleen McCall
VP of Communications
Colleen is a senior with a double major in Communications and Media and Spanish. In the past, she has worked at Magna International as a corporate communications/marketing intern creating exciting newsletters for team members as well as being a brand promotion intern with Necto. Currently she works at Decode Escape Rooms. She is excited to help with MIM's communications this year and make MIM as great as it can be!

Ava is a senior majoring in Communication and Media with a minor in French and she’s enrolled in the Cappo Sales Track. Ava has been involved with MIM for four years and was a Co-VP of Project Development and a Co-President. Recently, she interned at Plante Moran, where she worked on content strategy within the marketing team. With a passion for creativity and strategy, Ava is excited to organize interactive recruitment events and connect with new members.

Jessica is a senior majoring in psychology and communications with a business minor, and is a teaching assistant for Making Financial Decisions in Ross. She has been involved in MIM for three years, and was the VP of Logistics for the past two years. This summer, Jessica interned at Neslte where she worked in Customer Account Management, supporting the Publix account. She is looking forward to FFFs and Guest Speakers!

Matt is a sophomore majoring in Communications and Media with an Entrepreneurship minor. He has been involved in MIM for a year, working with consultant teams such as Phi Delta Phi and Encarnacion. This past summer, he interned at Aviation Advisor as a Business Development intern, working with jet owners and charter clients while also running the companies social media. He is looking forward to meeting new MIMbers and the Guest Speakers!

Taylor is a junior majoring in Economics and minoring in Social Media Analysis and Design. She started as a Project Team member for Verapose Yoga House and is now VP of Logistics for MIM. This past summer, she worked as an intern at eTitle Agency. She is excited to work with the other executive board members and meet the new members this year!​

Phiphi is a junior majoring in Psychology with a Business minor. She’s been actively involved with MIM for 2 years, leading consulting teams for Verapose Yoga House and Joe and Rosie. This past summer, she interned at JumpCrew, where she focused on media content creation and paid advertising as part of their marketing team. Phiphi is excited to support Ann Arbor’s local businesses and create a welcoming environment for new MIM members!
Sia Agarwal
VP of Project Development
Sia is a sophomore majoring in Business. She has been involved in MIM for a year consulting for award winning start up Story Palzzz. This summer she worked with ACRO where she helped consult on their software marketing plans. Sia is excited to welcome in new members and help business in Ann Arbor.
